Candidate profile
Candidate must be pursuing a Professional course. (M.Com, ICWA,CMA)
Having at least 4+ years of relevant work experience
Must have worked with Manufacturing / Service Industry.
Should be good team player with harmonious and cordial attitude
Should be a self-starter and willing to take up challenging assignments
Must be adept at Income Tax, Transfer Pricing, VAT, Service Tax including reverse charge provisions, GST, FEMA, Forex Remittance norms
Should have good knowledge in MS- Excel, tally 9/ERP 9.
Candidate should be born after 1986.
Job description
1) Accounting and Book keeping
Review of preparation of vouchers and cheques.
Review of Passing of accounting entries
Bank Reconciliation Statement
Filing and indexation of documents
2) Statutory Compliance
Preparation of monthly statement for payment of TDS and GST.
Filing of periodical statutory returns.
Payment of Profession Tax and filing of Profession Tax Returns.
Payment and filing of Returns for EPF and ESI.
Maintenance of Statutory records.
3) Reports
Assistance in preparation of the following
Management Reports.
Budgets for the company
Costing and profitability workings for the projects.
Periodical reports like variance report, profit and loss account, Board presentations etc.
Profitability reports on running Projects.
4) Other functions
Assistance in Income tax computation based on the declaration/ documents submitted by the employees.
Assistance to HR department in Payroll processing.
Maintenance of Fixed Assets Register with depreciation workings.
Verification of employees related claims.
Coordination with Auditors for successful completion of statutory audit
